Chinese Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • Oil - 20ml
  • Chopped Garlic - 10gm
  • Chopped Celery - 10gm
  • Chopped Spring onion white - 10gm
  • Chopped Veg ( Beans , Carrot, Cauliflower, Capsicum) - 50gm
  • Light Soy Sauce - 5ml
  • Chinese boiled rice - 300gm
  • Springburst Aromatic Mix - 4-5gm
  • Salt - To taste
  • White Pepper powder - 1gm
  • Chopped Spring onion Green - For garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a wok, heat oil add garlic , chopped vegetable , celery and spring onion white and cook it on high flame till the time vegetable become soft.
  2. Add rice, Spring Burst Aromatic Mix, salt, pepper, spring onion green and soya sauce. Mix well and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve Hot.
