Chooza Khas Makhani

Ingredients

  • Oil - 20ml
  • Chopped Garlic - 15gm
  • Spicefield Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 5gm
  • Chicken Tikka - 180gm
  • Sunbay Tomato Makhani Gravy Base - 100gm
  • Spicefield Kasoori Methi Powder - 2gm
  • Sugar - 5gm
  • Butter - 50gm
  • Cream - 20ml
  • Spicefield Garam Masala - 2gm
  • Water - 150ml

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped garlic.
  2. Add Kashmiri chilli powder, sunbay makhani gravy base and water and cook it till desired consistency.
  3. Add prepared chicken tikka and cook further.
  4. Add sugar, kasoori methi powder, garam masala, butter and cream.
  5. Check for salt and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
