- Oil - 20ml
- Chopped Garlic - 15gm
- Spicefield Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 5gm
- Chicken Tikka - 180gm
- Sunbay Tomato Makhani Gravy Base - 100gm
- Spicefield Kasoori Methi Powder - 2gm
- Sugar - 5gm
- Butter - 50gm
- Cream - 20ml
- Spicefield Garam Masala - 2gm
- Water - 150ml
Instructions
- Take a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped garlic.
- Add Kashmiri chilli powder, sunbay makhani gravy base and water and cook it till desired consistency.
- Add prepared chicken tikka and cook further.
- Add sugar, kasoori methi powder, garam masala, butter and cream.
- Check for salt and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
