- Refined flour - 500g
- Chef’s Art Pizza dough mix - 22g
- Oil - 50ml
- Yeast - 8g
- Water - 280ml
- Chopped and blanched spinach - 1.5 cup
- Sliced onion - 150g
- Salt & crushed black pepper - To taste
- Bell peppers - 100g
- Fresh cream - 20g
- Cheese - 200g
- Paneer cubes - 40g
- Ham slice - 100g
- Tomato puree - 250g
- Chef’s art Pizza Sauce premix - 15g
Instructions Pizza dough Mix flour, Chef’s Art Pizza dough mix yeast and water in the given quantity and make a smooth dough.Finish with oil and leave for proving (min 60 min)Now the dough is ready to bake
Pizza sauceTake tomato puree and mix Chef’s Art pizza sauce premix into it.Pizza sauce is ready.
ToppingsHeat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.Add the spinach, salt, and pepper, mix well and cook a medium flame for 1 minute.Add the fresh cream and paneer, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Keep aside.Cut the ham into triangles.
MethodTake the pizza base which is made earlier and spread pizza sauce.Spread spinach topping, bell peppers, and Ham.Sprinkle grated cheese in a required quantity.Bake it in a pre-heat oven at 220 degree Celsius for 8 min.Serve it hot.
