Cajun Spice Grilled Salmon
- Chef's Art Cajun spice mix - 50 g
- Cleaned salmon fillets - 1 kg
- Dried Basil,Thyme ,Oregano - 3 tsp
- Unsalted melted butter - 100 g
Instructions 1.Mix butter and Chef's Art Cajun spice mix and brush this mixture on both sides of salmon fillets.2.Allow it to rest for 30 minutes. Place it on a pre-heated greased grill, turn frequently and cook till soft.
